Most of our pieces are made-to-order and crafted after your order is placed. This approach allows us to produce thoughtfully, reduce excess inventory, and focus on quality. Any ready-to-ship items will be clearly noted on the product page.

What size should I buy?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide specific to that garment. Since many of our pieces are made-to-order, sizing can vary slightly by design. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend reaching out before placing your order — we’re happy to help guide you.

Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-measure?

Yes. Many of our designs can be made to custom measurements or adjusted for length. Custom sizing options, if available, are noted on the product page. This allows for a more personalized fit while maintaining the integrity of the original design.

How do I submit my measurements for a custom order?

If you select a custom size, you’ll be asked to provide your measurements before production begins. You can download the measurement form directly from the product page. After your order is placed, we will also email you the measurement form as a follow-up to review and confirm all details.

When is my custom order processed?

Your custom order will only move into production after all measurements have been reviewed and confirmed. This step ensures accuracy and allows us to deliver the best possible fit.

Is custom sizing complimentary?

Custom sizing is complimentary for most designs. For select garments, certain size ranges may require additional charges due to the level of handwork, construction, and finishing involved. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated and confirmed with you before production begins.

Can I update my measurements after submitting them?

Measurements can be updated only before production begins. Once your custom order has entered production, changes are no longer possible.

Are custom-sized or made-to-measure orders eligible for returns or exchanges?

Custom-sized and made-to-measure pieces are final sale, as they are crafted specifically for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery timelines are listed on each product page. On average, orders may take anywhere from 3 to 10 weeks, depending on the garment and its production process. Each piece is crafted with care, and timelines vary based on design, detailing, and finishing.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before purchasing. While we can’t guarantee expedited production, we’ll do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Are duties and taxes included?

Duties and taxes are currently covered for orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
